Terms of service

These terms cover consultations booked on this site. Consultations are sold by Private Label Peptides ("PLP", "we", "us"). By booking you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A consultation is a video or phone call with the PLP team about running a research-use-only peptide brand: wholesale suppliers, labeling and packaging, third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment, testing and certificates of analysis, card processing and online stores. The price is $100 per hour, paid in advance. You can book 1 to 8 hours at a time. Time is used in 30-minute blocks.

Business use only

Consultations are for businesses. Everything we discuss is business and operations guidance. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, financial or medical advice, and we do not give advice about human or animal use, dosing or health claims. All products made, supplied or discussed by PLP are for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Get your own legal advice on regulatory questions.

Introductions and third parties

We may introduce you to suppliers, printers, 3PLs, payment processors, store builders and other providers. Each one is independent, sets its own terms and makes its own approval decisions. We do not guarantee that any provider will work with you or the results you get. PLP also runs its own research-use-only wholesale line and offers labeling, packaging and fulfillment through its partners, and we tell you when a recommendation is one of our own services. You are never required to buy from PLP.

Scheduling

After payment you pick a time from our calendar, or we email you within one business day to set one. Prepaid hours can be used within 90 days of purchase.

Refund and cancellation policy

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund of that session, or move it to a new time at no charge.
• Prepaid hours you have not used can be refunded in full within 60 days of purchase. Email info@plpeptides.com with your receipt number.
• Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, or missed without notice, are not refunded.
• If we cancel or cannot hold your session, you get a full refund for that time or a new time, your choice.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Payments

Payments are processed by Authorize.Net. We do not see or store your full card number. Your statement shows Private Label Peptides. Prices are in US dollars.

Confidentiality

We keep the business information you share in a consultation confidential and use it only to prepare for and follow up on your consultation and introductions you ask for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any consultation is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you make or for the acts of third-party providers.
